At Samyang, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the lens in its original manufacturer packaging, including all caps, hoods, and manuals, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your outer shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
